Qatar Collection

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

International Collection

Returns are accepted for eligible items only. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. This applies to Qatar, UAE, GCC, and international orders under the International Collection.

If The Issue Is On QTRSHOE's Side

When the return is caused by a wrong item, defect, manufacturing defect, or order error, the refund and return handling follow a separate process with full support from QTRSHOE.

  • A full refund is issued if the return is caused by a wrong item, defect, manufacturing defect, or order error.
  • For Qatar Collection returns, delivery fees are covered by QTRSHOE.
  • For International Collection returns, return shipping costs are covered by QTRSHOE.

When a return is requested due to size, preference, or change of mind, acceptance depends on the selected service and the applicable return conditions.
