The Qatar Collection features products that are in stock and ready to be delivered within Qatar. Orders placed from this collection are processed and shipped quickly, typically within 2–4 business days.
The International Collection includes curated products sourced from international suppliers. These items are shipped directly to you from abroad and typically take 7–14 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
Pre-Orders allow you to reserve upcoming or exclusive products before they become available. Once the product is in stock, it will be shipped to you. Estimated delivery timelines are provided on each pre-order product page.
The Qatar Collection is for fast, local delivery within Qatar. The International Collection ships from global suppliers with longer delivery times. Pre-Orders let you secure items before they are released or restocked. Each service has different processing and delivery timelines.

Cart And Order Rules
No. Each service type requires a separate order. This is because they have different processing, shipping, and delivery timelines. You will need to place separate orders for each service.
Each service operates on a different fulfillment pipeline. The Qatar Collection ships locally, the International Collection ships from overseas, and Pre-Orders depend on future stock arrivals. Keeping them separate ensures accurate tracking and delivery estimates for each order.
The website will prompt you to complete or clear your current cart before adding items from a different service. This ensures each order is processed correctly through its designated fulfillment channel.
No. Once an order is placed, the service type cannot be changed. If you need a different service, please place a new order and contact us to cancel the original if it has not been processed yet.
You can request modifications or cancellations by contacting our customer care team via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Qatar Customers
We offer standard delivery within Qatar, typically 2–4 business days for Qatar Collection items. Express delivery options may be available depending on your location and the product.
Free standard shipping is available on all Qatar Collection orders over QAR 500. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee.
Currently, we only offer delivery. In-store pickup is not available at this time.
UAE Customers
Yes, we deliver to the UAE through our International Collection. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the product and your exact location within the UAE.
Shipping costs for UAE orders are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and delivery address. Free shipping promotions may apply during special events.
All prices on our website are listed in QAR. Your payment provider will convert the amount to AED at the current exchange rate.
GCC And International Customers
We ship to all GCC countries and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and the product. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping And Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your delivery in real-time.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer care team. We will investigate and provide you with an updated timeline.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be in the same condition as received.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled before the item ships. Contact our customer care team via WhatsApp to request a cancellation. Once the item has shipped, standard return policies apply.
Yes, payment is collected at the time of placing the pre-order to secure your reservation. If the product becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Product images are captured to be as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing batches.
